Chris Brammall is dedicated to the creation of the highest quality bespoke sculptural metalwork. Projects and schemes use a wide variety of techniques, materials and finishes: mild steel, stainless steel, Corten, bronze, copper, stone, timber, glass and lighting.
Our particular speciality is within the arena of public realm. A practical robust approach is taken, combined with many years experience in order to create pieces with longevity, low maintenance and anti-vandal considerations whilst at the same time being of the highest aesthetic value.
Our workshop includes a large purpose built spray booth for paint finishing work in-house. The premises is fully segregated into ferrous and non ferrous work areas and a suitably spacious external yard allows us to cater for even the largest of projects.
Installation of all commissions is managed by ourselves and carried ut by our own workforce whenever possible. As such, all site operations are conducted in accordance with the current Construction (Design & Management) Act and all our staff are CSCS accredited.
Wherever possible local businesses and suppliers are sourced for supporting roles such as transportation, lighting and groundworks. This ensures a continuity of quality and service built on longstanding working relationships and contributes to our commitment to local sustainability.
Team spirit is a top priority within the company, resulting in huge dividends both in terms of quality of workmanship and a sense of ownership. Clients are considered as integral members of that same team and are always welcome to call to view work in progress and discuss future projects.
We are fortunate to have an experienced and committed team of time-served tradesmen and labourers who are dedicated to delivering projects to the highest of standards.
The team has a robust understanding of the need for aesthetic quality and artistic integrity as well as technical ability. Continuity of workmanship on each piece is something we strive to uphold ensuring a strong sense of 'ownership' of projects by the workforce from fabrication right through to installation on site.
We are fully aware that good design is nothing without good manufacture and having the right team to take the job from the drawing board out into the public realm is paramount. We feel that it is this approach that makes our works stand out in terms of quality and professional integrity. Join our team! We are always on the look out for passionate and experienced people to join our team both in the workshop and studio and whilst we might not have any vacancies at the time of applying would be happy to discuss future opportunities with you.
